This place is clean, situated in a great building, and staffed with very helpful employees; I enjoy my stays here in this hotel.

The location was great. The rooms were well appointed and clean.

The hotel did not have any record of our reservation from Booked.net even though I had the confirmation email. We ended up in a double room instead of a king. At least they had a room but it wasn't what we had reserved. Also the pricing was higher.

The pool area here is pretty cool. The room is tidy and well-lit, and it even comes with an extra bed 🛏️. The staff is friendly and makes you feel right at home. It's in a great spot in the heart of Jackson, making it super easy to go wherever you need.

The room had central heating, a multi-channel TV, and a writing table, which I truly enjoyed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious.

Everything at this hip new hotel was awesome as we expected. The location was marvellous and unbeatable, for example, a mid - size arena was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the property. The area was very nice.

This hotel is trendy and the rooms are spotless.

Ground level

Bathroom was not clean. Breakfast bar had little to offer. Beds were so over used and hard the floor was softer. Carpets were old and outdated. Windows in hallway had dirt and cobweds on them. Credit card was just to be held but management pulled 341.00 from our credit card after we payed cash for our room, now we has to wait 7 days for that money to come back to our bank. We will never stay at a Holliday Inn again.

staff was a bit lax in caring if we needed assistance or not. wouldnt leave her cell phone alone long enough to notice we were here.

The location here is great for exploring the nearby areas, with easy access to restaurants and Kansas City; also, the staff is friendly and willing to assist.

The location was stunning, around a 10-15 minute walk from a mid-size arena. The staff were ready to help and gladly accommodated all my requests. The food was fresh with a wide array of options.

The place has really friendly staff and the rooms are super bright and comfy! 🌟
